The Abbey Company is a privately-held real estate investment and management firm founded in 1990 by Donald G. Abbey to acquire and manage value-added real estate investments for its own account. In early 2006, The Company formed a joint venture with an institutional pension fund manager to form Abbey-Properties III Fund Number One LLC ("Fund One") with approximately $70 million in committed equity capital.

The Company's management team has substantial experience in acquisitions, dispositions, property and asset management, tenant marketing and leasing, development, financial management and information systems. The Company has a senior management team of 8 professionals and over 75 employees. In addition, Nittany Lion Landscaping Services ("NL Services"), a licensed contractor and affiliate of The Company employs over 120 people and has a 15 year history of supplying The Company's portfolio with quality property-level services and tenant improvements within a quicker time frame, and at a significant cost savings over other service providers.
